Refunds and Exchanges

At Tapasya, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a damaged item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@shoptapasya.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Once we receive your email and inspect the proof of damage, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. To request a cancellation, please call us immediately at 098454 56828.
